About the Role
Develop training programs and materials focused on Aerospace & Aeronautical technical publications, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with industry standards and regulations.
Deliver training sessions to employees and stakeholders, both in a classroom setting and through virtual platforms, covering topics such as manual interpretation, document navigation, and compliance with aeronautical technical publication guidelines.
Assess the training needs of different departments and individuals within the organization, tailoring training programs to meet specific requirements.
Stay informed about the latest advancements, trends, and regulations in aeronautical technical publications and incorporate relevant updates into training programs.
Provide guidance and support to employees and stakeholders regarding the interpretation and usage of aeronautical technical publications, resolving any questions or issues that may arise.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other trainers to continuously improve training materials and delivery methods.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications.
Stay updated on industry best practices, standards, and technological advancements related to Aerospace & Aeronautical technical publications, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field. A combination of relevant education and work experience may be considered.
Minimum of one year of experience in aerospace training, preferably working with students.
Extensive knowledge and experience in Aerospace & Aeronautical technical publications, including familiarity with manuals, procedures, and documentation used in the aviation industry.
In-depth knowledge of aerospace engineering principles, aircraft systems, and industry standards.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards governing aeronautical technical publications, such as FAA regulations or equivalent international regulations.
Excellent training and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
In-depth knowledge of aerospace engineering principles, aircraft systems, and industry standards.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs for students, utilizing interactive teaching methods.

Passion for mentoring and developing the next generation of aerospace professionals.
Familiarity with educational technologies and tools for blended or online learning is a plus.
Professional certifications or teaching qualifications in the field of aerospace or education are an advantage.
